Join us for an educational vineyard tour where we take you through the process of making wine from ground to glass highlighting a hike through the vineyard with owner Don Phelps as we show you how we wines are made in the vineyard following the Salmon-Safe and LIVE sustainable farming practices. As twilight descends, prepare your palate for an absolutely divine culinary adventure with Chef Erik Cannella ( From Twisted Cork) on-site spectacle - a sizzling paella that’s as exotic and lively as our newest wines.
