Join us for a vineyard field day where we take you through the process of making wine from ground to glass! An educational vineyard and winery tour highlighting our vineyard and winemaking practices following the Salmon-Safe Sustainable farming program. The events start with a welcome glass of wine and a charcuterie bistro box from our friends at Urban Whey.
Participants will walk the vineyard with owners gaining an understanding of pruning, tying, shade canopy, pest control and irrigation to name a few.
The vineyard tour will be followed by an overview of the winemaking process by our head winemaker Julian Shaver. So we’ll open the winery doors and learn where the magic happens as we sample a new vintage of wine still in the barrel.
Next up will be a tasting of our lineup of our new wines each paired with small bites. And introducing the 2021 vintage of Orange Muscat that we are so excited about!
